Straightforward local service
From a small tear to substantial rebuilding
Our on-site repairs department handles small tears, broken buckles and clips as well as more substantial rebuilding where necessary. We aim to return each rug in good working order without encouraging work that is not worthwhile.
We assess repairs separately from washing and agree the work and cost with you before starting. No chargeable repairs are carried out without your approval. If we find other damage, we will contact you before carrying out any additional repair work. Generally, we do not repair unwashed rugs.
