Collection and return is available for orders of 10 or more qualifying rugs. Send us your postcode and the items you have, and we will confirm whether your address fits our current route before anything is booked.
Our 15-mile local service area around Five Ashes includes places such as Mayfield, Heathfield, Uckfield, Crowborough, Wadhurst, Hailsham, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Buxted, Rotherfield and Robertsbridge. Availability depends on the practical route and collection date.
At collection, we count the rugs with you, confirm the service required, attach a visible name and number tag and take a handover photograph. The same record is checked again before your clean rugs are returned.
Our collection routes start from Upper Broadreed Farm in Five Ashes. If your order does not meet the collection minimum, you are welcome to arrange a drop-off instead.

How many horse rugs are needed for collection?
Collection and return is available for orders of 10 or more qualifying rugs, subject to postcode and route confirmation.
Which items count towards the 10-rug collection minimum?
Horse rugs, fleeces and Thermatex rugs, cotton sheets, fly rugs, waffle rugs and waterproof fly sheets can count. Smaller items such as hoods, travel boots, saddle cloths and numnahs do not count towards the minimum, although they can be included in the order.

Our local route covers addresses within roughly 15 miles of Five Ashes, including nearby parts of Mayfield, Heathfield, Uckfield, Crowborough, Wadhurst, Hailsham, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Buxted, Rotherfield and Robertsbridge. Every route is confirmed using the customer postcode.
