Choosing and receiving a voucher

Vouchers are available for £25, £50, £75 and £100. We email the buyer a personalised voucher after successful payment. It can be printed or passed on to the recipient. Payment is handled by Stripe.

Where it can be used

Use your voucher as credit towards washing, reproofing and repairs at Sussex Equine Laundry. Give us the voucher code when arranging payment for your laundry order. Each code can be used once against one order. You pay any amount remaining on the order.

Valid for 12 months

Your voucher expires 12 calendar months after purchase. The exact expiry is displayed on the voucher. Any replacement balance voucher keeps that original expiry date.

Unused value stays yours

If your order costs less than the voucher, we mark the original code as used and issue a new code for the remaining amount. For example, a £50 voucher used against a £38 order leaves a new £12 voucher. The replacement is shown to staff and emailed to the original buyer, who can pass it on.

Order discounts

Any normal discount your laundry order qualifies for is applied first. Your voucher is then used as payment towards that discounted total. The voucher itself is sold at its face value.

Codes, refunds and help

Keep your code safe and share it only with the intended recipient. Scanning a QR code displays the voucher; only our signed-in staff can redeem it. Once payment is refunded, the voucher and any remaining replacement balances become invalid. Contact us about cancellation, refunds, lost emails or any problem with your voucher.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
